His froggy legs and tongue (for which he is sometimes called Froggy)
His piggy snorts and nostrils (for which he is sometimes called Pig, Piggy, Prince of Pigs, and The Precious Pig)
His bald head (except for the little "party in the back" bit)
His lips that are usually open
His fingers and toes
His little cord stub
His "sleep/eat" anywhere ability
His facial expressions
His tiny little cry
His earlobes (not from me!)
His puffy eyes that will soon turn blue
His pointy little chin that I recognized from the first ultrasound
How he gives us 4 hour stretches of sleep at night like an angel
How he is getting better at nursing each time we do it
How his limbs shoot out and all his fingers open when he dreams
We love everything about this baby.
So so perfect. So happy for you.
ReplyDeleteHe's beautiful! Congratulations! It just keeps getting better :)
ReplyDeleteAw congratulations!!! I just delivered my little guy on Thursday. Isn't it just the very best feeling in the world :)))
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! I've loved reading about your pregnancy and now to see the little guy out in the world - it's amazing! My son's name is Henry too! It really really does keep getting better and better. Just when you think you've reached the maximum amount of love you could possibly feel, your little guy will just go and trump it.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy every little second with him - even the seemingly tough times - cos it really doesn't get much better than this :)
